We ensure all included items are approved for consumer use and sourced from trusted suppliers.

At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands.
We aim to expand shipping to more EU countries soon.


7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened medical kits or components cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us at info@paraatpremium.nl within 14 days and we will resolve it promptly.
